Alina Rivkin, MS CCC-SLP is an experienced and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist. Alina graduated from Long Island University with a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association. Alina is licensed in Florida and New York. She has been practicing for over 15 years and has helped hundreds of children, teens and adults “overcome the impossible”. Alina has stuttered her whole life and had gone through MPI-2 program herself, achieving unbelievable results. Since then, she has been trained and certified by Dr. Roger Ingham. She maintains a private practice and specializes in working with children and adults of all ages who stutter. Irene Murphy is a licensed and credentialed Speech Language Pathologist. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from UC Santa Barbara with focus on Speech and Hearing Sciences, Psychology, & Linguistics. She continued on to receive her Master’s degree from CSU Long Beach. She holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association. She has had over 10 years of experience with development and conduct of the MPI Program under Dr. Ingham and has 9 years of experience with research and training with the Stuttering Measurement System. As a private practitioner, she has worked with children and adults with various speech and language disorders.
Jessica Parker, MA, CCC-SLP is a licensed speech/language pathologist who has specialized in treating adults with speech and communication disorders for over 15 years. Jessica graduated from The George Washington University with a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. She holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is a member of Special Interest Division 2– Neurogenic Communication Disorders. Jessica was trained in the MPI Stuttering Treatment Program by Dr. Janis Ingham in June 2020. Jessica is passionate about providing effective treatment to help her clients meet their communication and life goals. She owns and operates a private practice in Ashton, MD treating adults who stutter, as well as other speech, language, and cognitive disorders.

She holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is a member of Special Interest Division 4 – Fluency and Fluency Disorders. Lori has published and spoken nationally on the subject of stuttering and fluency disorders. She was trained in the MPI Stuttering Treatment Program by Dr. Roger Ingham at the University of California, Santa Barbara in December 2014. Lori recovered from a severe stuttering disorder herself and is passionate about providing effective stuttering therapy to all who stutter. She directs a private practice in Plainview, NY treating children and adults who stutter, as well as other speech and language disorders.
Mark Power M.A., CCC-SP BCS-F is a speech pathologist who has specialized in treating people who stutter for the past 25 years. He is recognized as a Board Certified Specialist in Fluency by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and has served on its Task Force for Fluency Services in the Public Schools. He was trained in the MPI Stuttering Treatment program by Dr. Roger Ingham at the University of California, Santa Barbara in June 2014. Mark was once a severe stutterer himself for 35 years and is dedicated to providing effective stuttering treatment to all people who stutter. He maintains a private practice in Orange County, California treating adults and children who stutter.
I am a speech and language therapist currently working in the fields of stroke, stammering, and voice. I have experience in delivering therapy for clients with conditions such as dysphagia, aphasia, dyspraxia, dysarthria, voice disorders, as well as a range of other communication difficulties. I am trained in Palin Parent-Child Interaction Therapy and the Lidcombe Program, amongst other approaches. As a person who stammers, I know first hand the importance of effective, personalised therapy. I have been involved with communication charities, such as Deafblind UK and the British Stammering Association, and have a particular interest in stammering, aphasia, and the role of new technologies in therapy. In 2015 I was the recipient of the Travers Reid Award for new research into stammering.
Paula Ferrari is an experienced and skilled speech pathologist as well as a primary school teacher with VIT registration. She works with children and adults. She holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association. Wendy earned her Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Hearing Sciences from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She also received her Master of Arts Degree at UCSB, and was a contributing author in Dr. Roger Ingham’s research on the modification of speech naturalness during stuttering treatment. Wendy has many years of experience with the Stuttering Measurement System, and was trained in the MPI Stuttering Treatment Program by Dr. Ingham.
